Endless Summer RV's

Popup Rental Terms and Conditions

  1. Rental Period: 4 day minimum all year with pick up between 9 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday. and 9 AM and 3 PM on Saturday.  Return time is Noon. NO EXCEPTION.
  2. Reservation Deposit: Required on all rentals, no less than 48 hours prior to rental.  - Weekend $75 1-2 Weeks - $100; 3 or more weeks - 1 full week's rental.  THE RESERVATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
  3. Security Deposit: $150 required at time of departure.  Refundable within 5 business days if paid by credit card, and within 10 business days if paid by personal check.  Refunds paid providing rental is clean and the rental is not damaged or abused.  Security Deposit will be forfeited if terms and conditions are violated.
  4. Cleaning Fee: $75 is charged if rental is not returned in the same condition as it was when received.  The cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
  5. All fees are payable by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover & American Express), cash or personal check.  Full payment is due on the day of departure, i.e. balance of rental and security deposit.  Fees are subject to tax of 8% (excluding the security deposit).
  6. In the unlikely event of a break down, repairs under $100 should be completed and paid for by the renter.  Repairs over $100 must have prior  authorization from Endless Summer RV's.  Please save and submit all receipts for repairs when you return the rental unit.  Reimbursement will not be given without receipts.
  7. If involved in an accident, you must notify Endless Summer RV's within 24 hours.  A full police report must be submitted to management upon return of the rental.  Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit and/or possible legal action.
  8. Proper identification, employment verification, credit references and a valid drivers license must be presented when reserving a rental.  ALL DRIVERS must have a copy of driver's license on file prior to leaving.
  9. NO PETS ALLOWED IN ANY RENTAL UNIT.
  10. NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN ANY RENTAL UNIT.
  11. ALL  drivers must over 25 years of age.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!
  12. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
  13. Endless Summer RV's reserves the right to refuse any applicant.
